as far as I know, there are only three places you can get them right now. WASCO sells a line made by Newmeyer which don't go by Europe Eyes, but are the same thing. Glen Browning out of Canada, or Calling the company in Europe that makes them.

I really like them, but at this time, only my so called special mounts get them due to the difficulty in getting them. They aren't as expensive as glass, and the overall Anatomy of the Europe eye in my opinion is far superior to any glass eye on the market. Being acrylic, you can grab the edge of the eye with a sharp tool and this makes it much easier to position the eye when doing the finish work. The color saturation, and pupil design seem to me to be as to the real thing as ya can get.

Give them a try, I'm pretty sure you will like them.

Erling Morch a Danish taxidermist first created these acrylic eyes and i believe he worked alongside Frank Newmeyer to bring a line of acrylic eyes to the states.I personally think they are one of the best eyes available, the iris colouration and feathered pupils make them so lifelike especially the two coloured specials(jays, pheasants and sparrowhawks etc)and the,re not too expensive either.Snowdonia taxidermy supplies in Wales,Great Britain do a whole line of them and they are readily available over here, you will find there web site on taxidermists web pages under Great Britain on the opening page of the taxidermy net.Try these eyes i think you will be impressed.
