I had ordered a full strut Turkey from a local reputable Taxidermist and it leaves so much to be desired...the feathers all lay flat on the body and the head looks like my kid painted it. I was not/am not afraid to spend the money and I am wondering once the feathers are set and the head attached, can another professional taxidermist replace the head and set the feathers to stand up look more realistic for a strutting bird?
