Raise your prices! The law of supply and demand.
So now go to the next step, enter a show or two improve your work a bit more.
Raise your prices 10% for now, if the supply i.e. your labor is still in high demand you can raise the prices another 6%.
Say this has taken you a year, you are getting more work, raise your prices another 7%. Then take a long look at what your business is doing!
Now in 18 to 24 months your labor is still in that high demand and all the while the quality of your work is improving. You can bump the prices 4% every 4 months.
This will give you a good added income, that you can take the family to Disney or build a larger studio.
Work and study how your business is growing, do good work dont worry about what is going on with the other taxis in the area and charge hard into the future!
