The Fed's will charge you about $75.00 per item.
Juan, The feds will not charge you $75. per item! If you are importing for commercial purposes you will need an import permit from Fish and Wildlife $55 per year. and you will need to file declaration paper work with Fish and Wildlife form 3-177 or file online with Fish and Wildlife at:

There is a $55.00 PER SHIPMENT FEE If the shipment is commercial. If the shipment is personal there is no charge.
If you are importing domestic leather goods (from for example cow, goat,pig)there is no declaration or permit needed. If you are importing Wild animals for example....Deer reptiles ect. you will need export and CITES permits if Listed on the cites act. You can find all the info by google searching CITES and the Fish and Wildlife pages.

Contact your Mexican fish and wildlife / ag consulate people. You're in Mexico and want to bring stuff to USA? If you are not an American citizen, but a Mexican citizen, then of course Mexican law applies to you first. Talk to the people. They will tell you how to import goods in to the USA from Mexico.
