if you use a product like liquid cure do you have to inject the feet or bill with a glycerin solution

I would inject them with something. Liqua-cure will not preserve the feet and bill to the original size. You will have shrinkage in those areas if you do not inject with something. Maybe some of the experts will have something else to say.

Years ago I mounted a few birds with that product. It worked nicely, seemed a touch overkill as a properly fleshed birn skin needs very little preservative, BUT on the average (wood duck) size foot, it does do an AWESOME job. They stayed flexible and fairly plump. Not competition level of course, and I would shoot with Masters Blend were it me. As far as the bills, I use artificals on anything where shrinkage might be an issue
