What position is the hardest to accomplish when mounting a turkey? (i.e. strutting, flying, standing, etc.)

I would say that flying is easiest. for the most part things lay right where they need to be.
But struting is completly different and tought. It takes me a lot of time to get everything in the right place.
I have found that most of it is wing placement. If the wing is not in the right spot, it caused everything to be off.
