rehydrating dried wings

I was wondering if it would be possible to rehydrate a pair of dried golden pheasant wings and correctly preserve them in a flying position? What is the best way to go about it, if so?
Thanks

If they are just a pair of wings not on the bird, then you probably can.

I would soak them in a warm soapy bath overnight, then the next morning inject into the joints and around each primary. You may have to do this a couple times, but they should start to relax.

you might also try placing them in the freezer after you have injected, this helps to expand the dried tissue and make things relax better..

I would expect the whole process to take a couple days before you are able to pose them naturally

hiya: when you say 'inject into the joints' - what do you inject them with?
