can any one tell me what a peacock is worth it is the greenish color saw one here a while back and he wanted 200 for it?

$40 to $75 live. Seems that they are worth more dead than alive.
a Peacosck is worth anywheres from 25.00 fro a yearling to 375.00 for a breader male....avg male is from 50.00 to 275.00 for a four year old.... For mounting.... they are worth what someone is willing to pay like 50.00 for one that passes away in auguist to feb. or maybe as much as 300.00 if it passed away in perfect plumage like hey have in may june ... if you pay or get one soled for 125 to 175.oo in spring summer its a fair price ...unless is just awsomely perfect and a seven year old.... Grey wings are less than black shoulderd..pied, purple and white are worth more..but then again they are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them... or sell/let them go for. them for... in sept thry jan they are worthless for taxidermy... goog luck
