would it be better before mounting a turkey fan, feet and beard to soak them in liqua cure or just shoot them up with a perservz-it. thanks.

Borax/Preservz-It

Treat the fan and beard with borax once all the flesh is removed and shoot the legs up with Preservz-it.

After you wire wheel the fan, I wash it, and then let it sit in the liqu-cure for a while I take care of the rest of the turkey skin. After I finish, the rest of the turkey skin. I take the tail feathers out, (put the legs with the liqu-cure) and let the rest of the skin and turkey legs stay the liqu-cure for 4 to 5 hours.

During this time, I am taking a blow dryer and drying the tail fail, and bondoing the tail together.

AS for perseve-it on the legs and feet, it works well to preseve the legs well, but they still shrink bad. I would use master blend or something instead.
