I know that Cally Morris does exceptional work, but I would also like to know about any other exceptional turkey taxidermists.

I second Tim Jordan! He did an awesome turkey seminar at last year's Eastern Regional show in Maryland. I believe he is doing another this year, so you should come on by!

Hary Whitehead

Hary is as good as I have seen as far as making a turkey look good as well as having the anatomy correct also. A lot of people mount a "slick" turkey but few of them are mounted "right". He also has some new forms he is working on and does some awsome looking freze dry work. He is in Kentucky and his # is 859-233-9619.

well, there is rick morris (as I'm sure most already know) andy cambell has wholesale (out of OK). but you can't go wrong with TX - brian preston does wholesale turkeys out of port aransas. I've seen his work, you won't be dissappointed. I believe he's advertised some in Breakthrough or tax today...should be in one of those. and I'm sure Ken Howard is wholesaleing turkeys still, he's up near forth worth (you might know his name from that wigeon a couple years ago). let me know if you need contact info

call some taxidermists for references

There are a few taxidermist who do nothing but birds, and even fewer that specialize in turkeys. But, don't assume everyone devoted to birds turns out great wholesale work. I can think of at least five "bird" taxidermists (off the top of my head) that have won national, and/or world competitions that I wouldn't accept their sloppy wholesale work even it was free. I've never seen Todd Huffman's wholesale work, but have heard that you could literally win competitions with his wholesale ducks. I've never seen Harry Whitehead's, Andy Campbell's, or Cally Morris's, wholesale products, but would be willing to bet they'd be top notch, as well. As for myself, I specialize in turkeys and put everything I have into every bird I mount. I wouldn't dare suggest that my work is any better than those above. But, I've never had a complaint. I started my business because I was so thoroughly disgusted with the poor anatomy, painting, and feather work that seemed to be in every bird mount I saw (including some that were done for me). All that to say, I wouldn't base my choice strictly on blue ribbons, but would rather call a few bird taxidermist and ask for some references. But better still, if you know anyone that uses a wholesale bird taxidermist, ask their opinion on those they've used in the past. Rest assured, you'll start weeding out the sloppy assembly liners immediately, and get down to the those that take a little pride in it. Best of luck to you.
