He's doing one in Sioux Falls at the NTA Convention next week. BTW, the seminar periods are 2.5 hours long.
I want to say Cally said they do 4 a day with 8 employees. Naturally, they're working on them in stages, but if my math is right that's about 2 days per bird. That was a few years back and I think they've probably added some employees since then. He did a seminar then, and we mounted a fleshed and skinned bird with a head already painted in a long work day.
