I am looking for a pair of american widgeons and a male eurasion widgeon. They need to be mature birds in excellent condition. Anyone know of a breeder they have had good luck with. It would be nice to find the birds live now and use them for refrecne until competition gets closer.
Also wondering if anyone has purchased any of the refrence pics from the supply catalogs? Are they worth the money? I have been searching the net and finding lots of pics but not alot of closeups for good refrence.

Your wigeons will be tough to find but try Dave Ahlgren at Blueshadow16@lycos.com- I buy from him semi-frequently and am rarely disappointed. As for reference, some of it is priceless in value, some like the photos I got of a terrified wood duck aren't worth much but still get used. You can't go wrong with too many pictures.
