Hi. i live in the UK and have been collecting antique taxidermy for apporx 1 year now, athough i have not done any of my own taxidermy as of yet. A while back I brough a Black-billed magpie taxidermy which is about 20-40 years old.
Unfortunatly at some point it had it's legs re-mounted with those of a Sparrowhawk, possibly because the original legs got damaged. However, Sparrowhawk legs do not work on a magpie! I knwo where I can get magpie legs on the inetrnet, but I was wondering how I could remove the sparrowhawk legs and re-attach the new magpie legs. Any ideas?
