Just wanted to know if anyone had luck on the opener?
There was six of us and we all got our limit within ½ hour, not too bad.

been a really good year so far. We hunt in sw michigan and we shot 9 on the opener by 7:30 and we shot 6 yesterday and 12 this morning so it has been good so far. For some reason it sure is a lot funner than work...lol

Due to intense rain in north eastern Alberta the last two weeks of august, farmers up here were unable to harvest.Therefore the one or two fields in my area that were cut held almost all of our local geese.Sept.1, 5 guys limits by 8:30 thats 40 geese up here and 1 was an adult speck.However there is a down side, Sept.2 we shot only 1 goose and 0nly seen three small flocks. Still lots of fun good luck every one and hunt safe.
I thought you were gone? If I would have known I would have gave you a shout. We got our limit on Saturday by 0800, I have been hitting crop fields, We are going to hit the roosting lakes next, because they are getting all scattered out, I got the boat all ready so When you get back give me a shout and were there!
