Does anyone have any information on my friend Phil at Featherworks Taxidermy? I'm not sure where in Missisippi he is, of if he was affected by Katrina. I went to his site tonight and it appeared down. That concerned me. Any information would be appreciated. My thoughts and prayers go out to all affected by this tradgedy.

Thanks for asking Rick. We had lots of wind with gusts over 120 mph. Lots of trees down but none on my house or any of my families homes or cars. we were out of power for 11 days. I kept a generator on my freezer
for 3 days then my wife's best freinds parents got power. They live just down the road, hold on.....I'm back. Had to watch SARA EVANS' new video.
Anyway, I was able to take it to their house. I did not lose a bird. Thankfully! I had to work 8 days in a row at the fire dept. We did every thing from cutting trees to directing traffic at gas stations and every thing in between. The first few days were tough. Not as much for me as my wife. She is 7 1/2 months pregnant with our 1st son. Those hot nights were rough on her. As a whole, we faired better then most.
