I have mounted a BWTeal, I didn't notice until I had boraxed and stated to mount that on one of the wings, the four outer edge primaries are pin feathers. My question is, how hard is it to replace these with another birds mature primaries?

get the feathers needed and then glue them into the orignal shaft opening left when you pull the pin feathers out. you may need to trim the end of shaft tips on the replacements a bit to get the length correct, then card and let dry.
