need to clean fur & horns on old Jack-a-lope

Don't laugh! We just acquired an OLD Jackalope bust - It's covered with many years' worth tons of tar, nicotine, dust, etc. Don't have a clue where to begin. I look forward to all your instructions & tips. Thx JC
