I have 2 blue-scaled quail that a customer shot in mexico and has never picked up..over 2 years now...he's nowhere to be found. I know I can't sell migratory bird mounts, but was wondering if I can sell these legally...I'm in Illinois. Thanks for any input.

they're not considered migratory
Although the bird is not migratory and is legal to sell from that singular point, there may be disposal laws regarding wildlife you should check out first. Give a call to the fish and game folks first. Good luck
