how long do you let a turkey dry?

read a few things in the archives, but it was about silicone, i used latex caulk from home depot. DAP alex plus i believe. i mounted a strutting tom over two weeks ago and its still not dry. its about 60 degrees in my shop at all times. should i put a fan on it or just let it dry naturally. thanks

I work out of my house and at 70-75 degrees it takes at least two weeks for most of the latex caulk to set up and can take longer in the thicker areas and my wrist joints always seem to be the last to dry up, but I think that's cause I don't use enough caulk in that area. I had a goose awhile back that I had to put a fan on cause it just wouldn't dry, so do what ya need to.
