Just wondering how you guys handle the federal paperwork when someone is shipping you a bird to mount?
We have a guy from out of state that wants us to mount his Woodie, Does anyone know, can I just have him write down all the applicable federal info and sign it and just attach it to our regular forms we have customers fill out when they come in?

I answered this last night and just as I was getting ready to submit, the power went out. Was out for a couple of hours. Anyway, I will fill all the information out on the contract; name, address, pose, cost, etc. and send it to the client with a migratory tag (also filled out). The client reads over and signs the contract and the migratory tag keeps pink copy of contract and sends the bird with the papers and a deposit back to me.
