I'm going to take a couple of pheasant from a guy that shot them in Kansas. I have the proper paperwork to start doing birds for other people, but what should I have the guy fill out for business purposes?

there is plenty of info in the archives on contracts. You definitely will need to draw up a business contract to cover your butt. You will also need to include the hunters address, phone number, hunting licence number and other info. Type in taxidermy contract in your search and see all the info that comes up.
