upland game legality question

I tried to find this out in the archives but nothing exactly answered my question. I am not a taxidermist. I have a couple of pheasant mounts that I would like to get rid of. These were wild shot birds by me. Can I sell these without a taxidermy license? I live in Minnesota if that matters. I found lots of info explicitly telling me that migratory birds cannot be sold without papers from pen raisers, but less about upland game.. The pheasants were harvested in south dakota a few years ago, and the SD hunting regs say that any parts of upland birds may be sold, except for the meat. Thanks for the info in advance .

In Minnesota you can sell your birds, no taxidermy license is required.

appreciate the info. I tried to read the rules and it was very complicated, and occassionally seemed to be saying contradictory things.

Pheasants are not counted as Migratory Birds. In fact, they are not even a native species. They were imported from Asia in the late 1800s.

Anyone know if it's legal to sell whole pheasants from IA? I know that you can sell fur, antlers and, plumage, but whole birds?
