Preped and tumbled turkey. Blow dryed and placed in fridge. This was Sunday afternoon. Can I hold off mounting until tuesday night. Should be ok right?

Ive got myself in some situations a time or two where I could not mount when It should have been mounting, I just sprayed a watermist on the inside of my specimen and fridged it, no problems yet, 2 days is the most of gone.
