im mounting a crow for the first time just wondering if they are an easy or a hard bird to mount?

Most of the corvid (crow) family have quite tough skin which is not to easily ripped. I would always reccomend corvids as the birds to begin with.
make sure your dad (master taxidermist) is around to help you pose it...Mom says not to shoot off the deck any more.
