Attaching fake turkey head

This is my first time to mount a turkey ( I am using an artifical head) and I was wondering what is the best way to attach the head and were the skin/feathers meet. It will be a flying mount. I also saw were you can cut leg to leg. Is that better than a regular breast cut used on most birds. Thanks for any and all advice......Glenn

when i use to use them i would fill the area with bondo and then after that sets up good take your epoxie sculpt and put a bead the whole way around the perimiter and then you can zap a gap the skin to the sculpt and when your done you can actually push the skin to meet the head better. easier done than said
