i have just recently bought a wire wheele flesher question is.. do you use a more course wheele for turkeys then ducks?

JT, I use the same wheel for everything from geese to grouse. I haven't found a reason to change wheels.
I have the big unit, wood, with the plexi top. I LOOOOVE it. Anyway, I bought the courser wheel for turks and geese. By the time I change the wheel, I could be half way done, using the other wheel. Bird grease isnt all that tough where you need a tougher wheel. Others may differ, but thats my opinion.
