If you have to ask you probably can'nt afford it done right
An average price is around $650 to 750 for any pose. Any cheaper and it may not be done correctly.
I am charging 500 on most of my turkey mounts. I feel I do a pretty darn good bird. I just have a hard time going above the 500 mark for the average sportsman. That and my area is somewhat saturated with taxidemists. A lot of it depends on how fast you can work and still achieve a good product. I do a lot of birds compared to many taxidermists. I think my turk techniques are solid, and efficient. Maybe I should check with my area compitition to see where they are at. Its been a while since I checked the going rate in my own area.
