In all my excitement after the kill and hurry to get my turkey cleaned before church then work this morning. I skinned him out and didn't measure the dang breast. I have the carcass minus the breast meat. Can I measure the circumfance and add alittle or is there a better method?

im no pro, but i was told to order the manikin my weight. you could still weigh the breast meat and the carcas and order from that. thats what i would do. good luck.

not sure what subspecies you have, but most of my rios are around 20lbs. and yes I order based on weight. and generally prefer small to large size.
when you get your mannikin, jsut test fit it. if you're not happy with it, adjust it.
