Artificial turkey head II

I want to get a turkey done quickly for a friend, so was going to use an art. head so as not to have to wait the three months it takes to get it freeze dried. OK, so according to my orange button research, I'll go with either Cory Cochrans' or Anthony Eddies'. I'd like to save and possibly have the real head freeze dried for future use. So my question is; is there something I can use to simulate a few head feathers? Should i bother? I've never seen an art head up close, so I don't know. Thanks, carl

why not buy a freezedry head from anthony eddy or hazel creek. You will still have a quality head without the hassel of trying to attach feathers to the falsie and you don't have to wait 3 months. Last heads I sent to hazel creek took 5 weeks, not bad by anyones standard. Most fake heads look fake, even the high quality ones.If you really are in a hurry send me an e-mail about what you need and maybe i can be convinced to part with one of my extras. all hazel creek heads and already painted.

offers "stock" heads. Just tell them the size of the bire, ie. 20 lbs, 25 lbs. etc, and order one of these. you have the option of them painting the head for you, at an extra cost, or you doing it yourself. Only takes a week or two to get an unpainted stock head to you.
