Ok, who has tried it? It was an article about a year ago in either Breakthrough or Taxidermy Today. Just wondering, who has had success doing this, and other stories. I have the orange pillon, but no washer yet.I guess Im just to apprehensive about blowing more holes in the skin.

This too is all in the archive. I have done some, use the water jet to cutt across the bird. Hold the tip close and blast across, not at the skin, skim across the surface, not at it. Get the picture? You are not blasting mud off of a truck bumper, you are cutting the fat off with the water stream. Go slow, keep the tip close, and do not blast straight at the skin. And point the job away from any buildings as it will be messy. Remember skim across the skin, and not at it. Try a test bird or chicken the first time. You will see a nice and white clean skin when done. You will still need to wire wheel the edges or a few spots.
