When I mounted my turkey on the limb it is way to front heavy to stand up correctly. Do you have to run a wire from the body to the limb, or have I done something wrong with the rods I used for his feet? Any help would be great.

you should have run your 3/16" leg wire up into the body of your turkey and secured it.if you did not use a heavy enough wire or mounted the feet back to far thats waht will happen. maybe try tying a piece or string from the back of the bird and tie off on the limb until dry ,might help
