Jerry, I have a woodie to do soon and I'd like to try that Salt Soak you spoke of previously. Could I ask what the ratio of salt to water is?

I use 1/3rd of a Mortons container of table salt in about 3 - 3 1/2 glls of water. Soak over night. Works for me.

I dont know what will happen but i have heard bad things about iodized salt.
