I know that all birds have a curl or should I say curve, what need to know is how much of a curve do put in the tail of a struting turkey? or dont you. thanks for any input Alex

Actually, the physiology of that tail would allow them to stand up in a flat spread, but MY OPINION is that a very slight curve will make it more attractive. Now I'm ASSUMING you're speaking about a full strut bird and not simply a fan mount which will be perfectly flat.
