Well, I've never did a turkey before, as there are none in our area. My customer has a couple birds he wants done on a panel, just the beard and tail.. I think he has one with the feet too.

I use the panel from McKenzie that has the slots for the tail, beard, and feet. I charge $150. I believe the item # is VT44 or VTT4. Something like that.
I showed a customer all options in several catalogs I had. He really liked the one from Van Dykes. Deluxe Crested Panel Kit.. It's a little more expensive but he said it was different than all the others he had. When he picked it up he and his wife loved it. I charged $125.00
