Well, I committed a huge error and left my turkey fan out in the garage while I was gone for the Memorial Day weekend. Apparently I didn't get all the meat off of it cause now there are maggots on the base of the fan.
Is there any way to get rid of these nasty little creatures?

I spread my fans out to hang in my garage. Since I'm not needing a professional job, I spray them with Raid, spread them out and lett'um dry. If you spray the base with bug killer, it'll kill the maggots and stop furter infestation.
I have a buddy down in Kansas that does his fans that way if your not doing it for a customer then let the bugs do there work and when they have ot clean out they leave. Brush it off and there you go
Let them clean off what you didn't. Now you know the importance of proper cleaning/fleshing. When they finish cleaning off the meat, they will leave.
