I have a Canada goose mount and the feathers are fallingoutn of the neck. It is only about 3 years and is kept in the house. I would like to know what could be causing it and if there is anything you can do to stop it and repair the damage?

Since noone else has tried I will offer you away to get in some reading. If it were me I would click on the search button and read as much as I could on bugs and bird mounts. You may not have them but I would be reading. Three years and in your house doesn't sound to good, unless you are rubbing back and forth on its neck. Good luck
It could be plain and simple. Pinfeathers. What time of the year did you harvest this bird? Alot of people want to have their first bird etc. mounted without too much consideration for the quality of the specimen to begin with. Are you the taxidermist or the customer? The neck and head, are quite often the two worst spots to find pinfeathers, and could be all it is. Another thing it may be is the fact that the bird or bird's neck wasn't fleshed properly. Does the bird have the original bill and skull? If so, then I can about guarantee that's the problem. It's very hard to flesh a long goose neck properly if it can't be completely inverted like you could if you used an artificial head.
