Is there any other way to dry a turkey skin without a tumbler, because a tumbler is not in my budget right now. Thank You

JUST GET A GARBAGE BAG AND PUT SAW DUST OR CORN COB GRIT IN IT AND TIE IT UP AND THROW IT IN THE DRYER WITH NO HEAT AND THERE YA GO CHEAP TUMBLER YOU CAN GET AN OLD DRYER FROM AN APPLIANCE PLACE FOR 100 BUCKS AND UN HOOK HEATING COIL THERE YA GOO YOUR IN BUSINESS
I have done & tried the "old dryer" thing. But the best thing I have used is a plastic picnic cooler (~48 Qt), put your bird in & add the corn-cob-grit. Then close the lid (I use rachet straps to keep the lid tightly closed) & turn over a few times. Then dry good with a shop vac. I've done a lot of turkeys & this is by far the best I have run across.
The dryer just beats the wings & other feathers up to much, in my opinion.
I have not tumbled turkeys are infact ducks or geese in several years , I spin them in an old washing machine , hang them to dry for awhile then blow dry with a large shop vac and then finish them up with a hair dryer . For years I used a tumbler with hardwood saw dust , cob grit , or puffed borax when I quit this I have really been pleased with this method
thanks for the tips
For a long time I used a dryer, just disconnect the heating element and you can plug all the vent holes with bondo or fiberglass.
