Mount Brite

I recieved a call from a lady who wants to bring in a couple birds to get them cleaned up. One is a pheasant and the other is a great horned owl (legal with papers here) Has anyone ever tried that "Mount Brite" from WASCO? It says it can remove smoke damage and clean the dirtiest birds. Sounds too good to be true to me. Let me know if anyone has any experience with it please.

good results with mount bright on mammals, but never touched a bird with it. If I were you, I would try it on a bird of your own first to see the effects of water on the feathers and skin. See what happens prior to working on a customer bird. Then make a judgment on the age and stability of the mount. Go from there.

It does a great job on cutting the grease, oil and cig stains.

I've used it on my own stuff, and the results are fabulous. It puts lustre right back in feathers of all types. USE IT!
