What can I do to get the goose as white as possible. I did one and I still had trouble getting the blood out. Thanks in advance.

Winks

Available from Wall-Mart Apply it when washing the bird because it is acetic and will damage the skin if left on too long. Lift the part affected from the water squirt the winks on and immediately rinse.

Would it discolor the Black primaries if you got some on them?

winks is pretty easy to work with

it comes out in a tight little spray (more of a dribble) from a squeeze bottle. I have never had it discolor the dark feathers on the wings, but I have always rinsed it off as soon as the area I spray it on lightens up. I have had good luck with it on snows and ross geese, and no problems as of yet. good luck

We use cold water, dawn, and also put a scoop of oxy clean, in the wash water. It has never failed us yet good luck
