How do I tan a waterfowl with the feathers intact?

Was curious if there is a way to tan a bird without removing the feathers? Sorta like they do with animals now. Any suggestions? Thanks

You do not remove the feathers to tan. where did you get that idea?
The bird is skinned out just like a squirrel adn you use the skin (with the feathers still attached), flesh the meat off that is stuck to the skin, Leave the leg & wing bones in (attached to the wing & leg bones).Wash & blow dry the feathersside. You can dry preserve or I have seen a liquid type tan and mount it on a form/neck/head you have ordered.
