White Doves

I am working on a competiton piece, and would like to use a couple of white doves. Can any body tell me where I can purchase some?

Feed stores

Not sure where you are but here if you put an ad up at the local feed stores youll probably find someone with the whites. Course You might not want to mention the part about making them immortal :)

I have some white pigeons in minnesota if that would work.Shipping would be about $35.00 for 5 or 6 and birds are $10.00 ea.

Bird groups?

Did you try doing a search for poultry/gamebird groups in your area? ALOT of online bird people raise doves. I used to but they bred like bunnies to the point of being irritating , so I sold them all LOL>..
Problem with using those white pigeons is they dont have the same body as a dove. But they are indeed white :) A young white king has a slimmer body so might work as a subsitute. Once they get past a certain age though they resemble fat pigeons.
