How many of you sent your apps. in by filling them out on the internet? Did you recieve them faster by doing this. Thanks

within the past three months, I think you have to mail them in. I was able to fill everything out on the internet form but, had to print and sign the form to be mailed. It only took about three weeks to get mine in that way. I could have missed something though.
THey have to be mailed. You have to sign in blue ink and send in. It also says in the instructions that faxs and e-mails are not acceptable due to need original signature( not copies).
