Ok here is a damn dumb question how do you change the blade in a
skife knife
Easy, slide it out. Use pliers if it is to tight.
Kurt, DO NOT try to insert the blade with your fingers alone. I found out the hard way. Some companies offer a little tool that comes with your replacement blades that helps to insert them more safely.
Be careful!

While we're on the subject, someone once told me that Gilette made a blade for razors that will work in a skife knife. Does anyone know if this is true? I've looked around my Wal-mart but didn't see any. I sure hate to order replacements when that's the only thing I need, and I always run when I need them the most.
I have bought the blades from walmart schick injector blades.
for a pack of 15 is about $6. .40 cents a peice.
I have checked several supply companies, and theirs are .24-.49 cents
a peice.
I sell them for .09-.12 cents a peice depends on how many you order.
thanks,dave
