HELP!

Can magic sculp be removed after it has cured? If so, please tell me how or any other recommendations on removing it. My problem is I have a mount that has the lips stuck together with magic sculp and I need to do some repair on the mouth/lips. I'm a little scared to try and cut the epoxy out as I might cut the lips. Please help...

Thanks.

Mix up a small ball and let it cure , soak it in some acetone or laquer thinner .See if it softens up .If it does ,saturate the magic sculp on the deer lips untill it softens up.Hope this helps.

Darrell, If you cant soften it up(which is doubtful as M.S. is an epoxy), take a small burr in your Dremel and grind it out. You should be able to get close if you're careful. If you make any nicks you can repair those with magic sculpt after you finish your other repairs.

enough so it gets soft. When leather is soft, it will give some and then work out epoxy.
