I hear people talking about a speed septum. What is it and how does it work? Does it work well? Just curious.

I use them because it seems to make the inner nose easier for me to detail.
I`m not concerned with the veining effect they give unless I`m putting
it in a competition...if ya look at a McKenzie catalog they`ll show ya
how they work(at least they used to) It comes with full detailed instructions...quite simple really.,
I have recently started using the speed septum also. Like Travis mentioned above, It helps me with the inner detail of the nose and makes it look much better. At least the customers think so, and it is a fairly inexpensive improvement to my mounts. I say go for it, afterall, you will never know until you try.
