Glues on deer cape?

After using dry preservative are glues such as Epo-Grip or Killer Glue necessary when mounting a deer cape. Wouldn't that get messy? Besides that would one not be limited with time before it sets up? Especially for a rookie like me. What if you don't use glue?

With very few exceptions, all game animals should be glued to the mannikin. The epoxy Epo-Grip may be too fast for a beginner, but the water based is slow and WASHABLE when you screw up. DP mounts should ESPECIALLY be glued down to retain detail and eliminate drumming.

I agree with George

Use glue, If you are going to use dry preserve make sure the glue you get is compatable with DP (some aren't) I Love Epo-Grip it's worth every penny.
