Are there any methods for reproducing velvet on a set of caribou horns? Does anyone know anybody who can provide these services? Any info would help.

Yes, call Jonas. They have a great method but it is expensive.
Research Mannikins, I think has a process. One of the supply dealers other then Jonas. Two choices are better than one.
Research does offer the service . They've done both caribou and whitetail racks for me and I've been well satisfied. Call Mark and he will tell you how to figure cost before you send them. If you strip them clean yourself (a power washer-used carefully woorks great) you can save some money.
