Sandblasting forms

I found a very cheap sand blater at Harbor Frieght Sales. its a CAmpbell-Huasfield sells for about $40.00, 25 lbs of 90 grit media set me back another $18.00. Now I am sometimes a bit slow to pickup on a new product or idea. But This is one I wish I had started years ago. Prepped three blanks in 15 minutes, I do mean prepped, perfectly too. Completely sanded three average deer forms in 15 minutes. I look back over the years and say darn I wish I had done that 20 years ago. Still have tear ducts to go and nose, but I just removed the hard skin off three mannikins in no time.

You should try one really! Wonder if it will flesh?

at sandblasting and I still am baffled by that.
Blasting is the only real piece of mind that I get
knowing that I'll have maximum adhesion and a longer lasting mount.
Maybe this doesnt matter to some of you commercial fellas! :)

Yes kiwi, I have used a wire brush for removing the skin from the mannikin. Shovelhead is right when he saves you are not removing the mold release. Been there tried most on the other ways.
