Would you believe the archives? Yep, weve been there and done that. Yes, the dog will be fine. Go ahead and look it up for some details as well as some spirited exchanges...I was there!

Pickled or Tanned hides?

If pickled what was the acid used?

I dont think theres much that will hurt a animal chemical wise, could be wrong.

The acid in the pickle could be the problem, the poickled hide could possibley swell and cause impaction problems.

I thought I was over the nightmare of JB's tongue lashings.....the twitch in my eye is back......LOL

I freaked after the first shavings consumation episode, but the dog is still around. He does appear to have a dumber look to his expression though, but I think Labs practice that anyway.

David, just remember...."I shave, I sweep, I shave, I sweep." And put a bucket under your machine for the majority of the droppings.

Bill, besides the twitch in my eye, I'm yelling out swear words now too.....
