Out of curiosity I did a "Search" on this one. I found the best advise was to buy the one video that is out there, but it seems most don't want to spend a nickle. Next best advise was from Frank K., he gave the basics in only a couple sentences, the rest is all trial and error.

I did some of this about 10-15 years ago, I gave it up because of the expense involved. You will need thousands of pounds of the stuff to do the job right, each piece has to be fit and it can take a hundred pieces to find the right piece that will fit. And you will need six hands to do the work. I was fortunate enough to find a craftsman in Montana who was willing to let me go through his shop and watch them put some of this stuff together.

Here are the basics;
1. Forget the whitetail antlers, the curve of the antler varies way too much. You can make small table lamps out of them.
2. Use all the same size antlers.
3. Use all the same side.
4. Invest in a VERY expensive drill and bits(lots of them).

Be prepred to have $10,000 invested(time and materials) in a chandelier that you could have bought for $1500. Like I said, "been there, done that".
